Good news for Westmoreland residents! Plans are afoot to update the telecommunications mast at Red Bridge House on Lower Bristol Road. This involves a bit of a refresh with new antennas and equipment, all part of ongoing improvements for our local connectivity.
Removal of 6no. antennas (top height at 17.9m AGL), 6no. ERS units and 1no. cabinet; installation of 2no. antennas mounted on 1no. new 4m high wall support pole (top height at 18.9m AGL), 4no. antennas mounted on the existing 1no. 5.1m high and 1no. 4.4m high wall support poles (top height at 17.9m), 18no. ERS units, 1no. 300mm dish and development works thereto.
